How do i access my certificate?
Keidan Training provide corporate and group training. We attend your site and provide a range of accredited and non accredited training. We require a minimum of 10 students for a booking to go ahead. We have set rates for training per student and have a 10 students minimum charge.
Keidan Training take bookings requests on our Book now page. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive formal confirmation and we have a signed agreement in place to provide training. Our agreement provide our training and payment terms along with your personalized and individual requirements.

We provide upfront and service per invoice options for our clients. We are happy to discuss your individual business needs and cater to your unique invoicing needs.
We offer competitive pricing for all our courses. We have a minimum of 10 students charge per course. We are able to provide you a comprehensive quote based on our training.
We offer highly engaging and interactive training. We are highly adaptable and welcoming to our approach to training and enrolment. We offer late notice changes and amendments to training. We do not charge for late withdrawals and only charge for students who commence training on the day (subject to 10 students minimum). We provide a range of flexible training strategies and can meet your individual training needs.

We offer a learning experience that caters for learners from all backgrounds and learning styles. Our training style means that no one is left behind.
We provide all training materials, props and paperwork for training. To successfully run training we need you to provide;

Training room with heating/cooling and seating

Training room with enough room to complete all practical activities for training (different needs for different courses)

Training room with connected power and access to kitchen/toilet facilities for students

Projector/TV screen for content delivery

Parking space for training vehicle

Access to training room 60 minutes before training starts
We complete a risks assessment before your first training session and can provide you a more detailed list of our requirements. We can also provide advice on our training requirements over the phone and in person along with a visual confirmation the training facilities are sufficient,
We partner with Allens Training Pty Ltd. Allens training provide us with access to use their training portal called Training Desk. All students are enrolled, trained and managed through the training desk application. Students have access to learning materials and their certificates, while our corporate clients will have access to the portal to allow for enrolment, management and obtaining certificates
Yes we have a range of accredited and non accredited training. Courses we offer that are accredited will clearly notify you they are accredited training. Our first aid courses are nationally recognised while our white card is Victorian based. All our accredited courses will also be automatically uploaded to your students USI record.
When enrolling with training, you will be given an unique Training Desk login where you will enrol and complete any pre course training. The Training Desk App is where you access your certificates. We commit to providing you with your certificates within 48 hours of completing your course. Most of the time your will receive your certificate earlier through the Training Desk App. White card certificates can take up to 1 week with Worksafe issued cards issued according to their processing times.
